特別収容プロトコル: 現在、SCP-1546-JPの完全な収容は達成されていません。日本上空でSCP-1546-JPが発生する可能性のある気象変動が見られた場合、気象管理部門は直ちに気象庁に情報を通達し、発生予測地点竜巻警報および避難勧告の発令を要請してください。SCP-1546-JP発生予測周辺の収容施設は対空撃防護フィールドを展開し、SCP-1546-JPによる被害の抑制を試みてください。SCP-1546-JP消滅後、SCP-1546-JP発生地点近隣サイトより発生地点へただちに財団職員を派遣し、周辺にいる人物に対する救護や記憶処理などを含む適切な処置、および周囲の探索を行ってください。

説明: SCP-1546-JPは、日本全国で発生する、対アノマリー被誘引性を有すると考えられる竜巻です。SCP-1546-JPは、2000年4月20日に初めて観測されました。この事例では、SCP-1546-JPが岐阜県中津川市において発生し、負傷者3名、建造物3棟が被害を受けました。その際、SCP-1546-JP発生地点よりアノマリーが発見されました。これ以降、日本国内においてこの事例における竜巻と同様の性質を持ったものが高頻度で観測され、気象管理部門によってその異常性が認められたことから、これらの竜巻はSCP-1546-JPに指定されました。SCP-1546-JPは平均月1度程度の頻度で観測されており、これまでに276件の発生事例が存在します。2000年以降、日本国内におけるSCP-1546-JP以外の竜巻の発生事例は観測されていません。

従来の竜巻が後半を移動しながら平均10分程度継続して被害を及ぼすのに対し、SCP-1546-JPは発生地点を中心とした半径500mの内部のみを移動し、最長でも60秒で消滅します。これまでの事例においてSCP-1546-JPが発生した場所からは必ずアノマリーが発見されています。これまでの事例において、SCP-1546-JPによって発見・収容されたアノマリーは454個存在します。これらは2002年3月31日までSCP-1546-JP-1群として記録されていましたが、いずれも収容後にSCP-1546-JPとの関連性が見られる異常性の発露が発生しなかったため、現在はそれぞれが個別のオブジェクト、あるいはAnomalousアイテムとして収容されています。上記の性質から、SCP-1546-JPはアノマリーに誘引される性質を有する竜巻であると考えられています。

補遺1: SCP-1546-JPの発生事例のうち86.7%において、SCP-1546-JPの発生地点から要注意団体関連施設が発見されています。SCP-1546-JPによって発見された要注意団体の種類に偏りは認められず、SCP-1546-JPと特定の要注意団体との関連性は指摘されていません。また、これまでの事例において財団の収容施設に対するSCP-1546-JPの発生は観測されていません。 SCP-1546-JPの影響により、日本国内における要注意団体の検挙件数は2000年から前年比3%程度の増加を毎年続けています。

補遺2: SCP-1546-JP発生以前、1997年から2000年にかけて日本各地のシナツヒコ¹を祀っていた神社の要石が何者かによって破壊されました。最後に要石が破壊されたのは2000年3月20日であり、この1ヶ月後にSCP-1546-JPの発生が始まったことから本事案とSCP-1546-JPの関連性が指摘されています。

2009年9月6日午前8時30分、サイト-8129においてSCP-1546-JPが発生しました。本事例はSCP-1546-JPが財団の収容施設に発生した初の事例です。また、同事例は直前のSCP-1546-JP発生事例の7日後に発生し、これはSCP-1546-JP発生事例間の最短日数でした。

事例発生当時、サイト-8129の対空撃防護フィールドは点検が行われていたために機能を停止していました。これによりサイト-8129に収容されていたアイテムのうちketerクラスオブジェクトを含む15件に収容違反が発生、財団職員23名²が死亡しました。同日23時21分に本インシデントの収束が宣言されましたが、6件のアイテムが破損し後にNeutralizedクラスに指定、サイト-8129は全体の52%が損壊し再稼働までに約1年3ヶ月を要するなど多大な被害が発生しました。本事例以降、SCP-1546-JPの財団収容施設における発生事例および被害が急激に増加しており、特別収容プロトコルの改訂およびオブジェクトクラスの再検討が予定されています。
