説明: SCP-5524は人間の姓名に似た2つの要素から成る伝染性のミーム効果です。上位10パーセンタイルの認知抵抗値を有さない人物は、SCP-5524に遭遇してもそれを認識災害と見做すことができず、次のような — しかし、これらのみに限定されない — 強迫症状を示し始めます。

  • SCP-5524を声に出して繰り返す。
  • SCP-5524を他者と共有する。
  • SCP-5524に関連する侵入思考。
  • 漸進的にSCP-5524以外のあらゆる事柄に集中できなくなる。

この現象の明確な副次影響としては、生産性の深刻な低下、精神的疲労の深刻な増大、苛立ち、士気の低下などが挙げられます。
