私は昔間違いなく殺されたことがある

子供の頃、従兄弟と一緒に、森の中にある柵で囲まれた敷地のそばへ行ったことがあった。昔は軍の詰所があったとか、最近はヤク中が住み付いてるとか噂されるタイプの場所だった。完全に無人だった。そもそもそこに建っている理由すらなかった。私たちが当時あそこで何をしていたかまでは覚えていない。

するとピザの匂いが漂ってきた。トマトソース、焼き立ての生地、オレガノ、ひょっとしたらペパロニかソーセージの香りもあったかもしれない。強烈すぎて無視できないほどだった。そこで辺りを見回したら、フェンスの反対側、遠く離れた場所に突っ立っている男が見えた。そいつはアニメ番組の料理人か、ラビオリの缶に描いてある男のような服装をしていた。清潔なエプロン、コック帽、大きな口髭、明らかにイタリア系で、妙に落ち着いていた。ピザ怪人だった。私はそう確信した。彼は手に持ったピザをまるで聖杯か何かのように見つめていた。そして、何年も食べていなかったかのように、無我夢中で慌ただしく、獣じみた仕草でピザを食い始めた。

両チームの調査結果が検討された後、SCP-9595-1はSCP-9595の異常な影響が引き起こした集団心因性疾患の産物であると決定的に断定されました。これを受けて、ラグー管理官は存在否定派を賭けの勝者と宣言し、ピザパーティーを開く権利を授与しました。
